I have over a decade of experience training and I have made a lot of mistakes, trial and error which has only made me more educated. I started my journey as a young skinny kid with no muscle, over the years of training I have been overweight and unhappy and honestly ashamed with the way I looked, that drove me to better myself. Since that decision I hired myself a coach, got into the best condition of my life and learnt a lot through the process of where I went wrong.
